What thoughts have I had that a caveman once had?

Certainly a lot of the early experiences you had and early things you learned, basic stuff like experiencing hot and cold, sweet and sour, etc.

And certainly basic emotions and reactions, like fear and desire.

Also probably social things like if I team up with person A we can work together against person B, or if I do a favor for person A they may help me out later, ...

But probably not any of these:

+ How can I get 80 channels on cable and there's nothing good on?

+ Three dollars a gallon? That's highway robbery!

+ She wants to know if those jeans make her butt look big. What to say? What to say?

The same as any homo-sapien of Terra throughout any age- a need for food, shelter, companionship, heat, clothing, protection?

You need food and shelter just like the cavemen. There is danger out there for you just as there was for him so you both experienced fear.
