If you're having trouble getting to sleep try drinking a beer. Beer has a depressive quality. I drink very rarely but I have found that when I drink one to two 12 oz bottles a half hour to an hour before going to bed I'm more sleepy and sleep longer.

Sonata. . . I had the same problem for years, and this little pill has helped me more than anything. It doesn't require 8 hours of sleep like most sleep aids. Instead you're fine if you get 4. Yay!
