If i did 60 sit ups 2 times a day 3 times a week could i get a flatter muscler stomach by mid october?

why dont u try exercising the one in ur head..so u can spell the word muscle.

i would try doing 4 sets of 30 the only thing doing 60 sits ups at a time will give you is a sore neck. and try 4-5 times a week along with cardio

You don't have do alot of situps to get a better stomach. You can do them slowly and they are more effective. Instead of 60xday do 30x2 day. BUT!!!! from the moment your back touches the ground count five seconds as your going back up. It should take you 10seconds for every situp. 5 seconds going down, then 5 going back up. nonstop till you get to 30 or your Abs are screaming with pain. You also have to watch your food intake, carbs, fats and such. What you dont want to do is waste alot of energy doing millions of situps, you need to isolate the muscles you want to tone for better results.
