The shipping is a rip off....they charge you like $3 per CD, so if you join the club and get 12 free you have to pay like $36 off the bat for shipping. They, too, don't have recent CD's. It takes them a year or more to get the new releases that are in stores. I joined, bought my ONE required CD for like $17, and canceled!!

they do have good deals. like if you buy one cd for $20 then you get your next 5 cds for $5 or something like that. but you have to really pay attention if they send you a cd you didnt order then you have to send it back right away unopened or else they send you an outrageous bill for it.that how they make their money. also their selection is not that great especially if you are looking for more than the just the most popular stuff and their selection does not change all that much so its kinda frustrating.

thats about it, the shipping is awful, and its easy to double order by accident or get a huge order when doing the sale catalog, and be like oh s**t why did i order that? plus there about 2-3 months behind on new releases, if you're careful it's worth it.

Once you satisfy the obligations, it's not too bad, but I never feel I get a full range of catalog

the artist catalog can be limited, and the shipping charges can suck unless you use a special offer to bring the average cost down. i still use them online.
