I know this is going to sound crazy but soak a cotton ball in apple cidar vinegar and then dab the soaked cotton ball on the sunburn it will take the redness and the sting out of the sunburn. Or rub some hydrocortisone cream on it.

Having a sunburn is not the crime of the century. It will probably lighten up by tomorrow. If not, try a good quality (as opposed to drug store) facial cover. Don't apply with a paint brush - that will make it look worse. I'm sure you don't look hideous. If your date can't stand a temporary sunburn, forget him/her already.

Use aloe vera on your skin. It always makes my sunburns waayy less noticeable the next day. And to cover it up, just use some kind of cover-up or foundation, but make sure you put it on your neck too or it will look weird!

hahahahaha! J/k, use aloe vera products as soon as you get out of the sun to refresh the skin and penetrate your tan. if its a severe burn, use the pulp of an actual aloe vera plant or cactus and apply it to your skin. it absorbs into your skin, removing the burnt skin cells caused from the sun. or use "sea & ski" aloe after sun therapy. good luck on your date!
