No. It's never too early or too late. And 14 is just about "right": when the hormones start to surge.

It's not early until she feels comfortable doing it. Anyway, if she's only masturbating does not mean she is sexually active. By the way, most young teens by the age of 14 have already had sex, so don't be afraid by the fact that she might be masturbating at this age.

No, I didn't realize till i was 13 but i had been masturbating since i was 5.
I just liked how it felt, but didn't realize what i was doing when i was younger. So i think 14 is definitly not to young.

No this is part of life. young girls masturbate and young boys have wet dreams. masturbating is safe, legal, harmless, and private.

well....masterbation is healthy....but it is a personal choice...for sum it is not at all and for others it is young...it depends on the person...
