There are a lot of shows that come in "Jr." form, designed to thrill and entertain with less subplots. They usually last about 45 minutes. I recentely directed Annie Jr., and watched Seussical Jr., Into the Woods Jr., and Guys N Dolls Jr. Look these up, because they are truly the best way to go.

Alot of kid's theaters in my area do shows like "Once Upon A Matress," "The Secret Garden," "The Wiz," etc.... There are books on children's shows that you can find in a library or a bookstore... They mention what shows are good for different age groups to try, etc... Good luck!!
