That's pretty low. It's still within the ok range ... He should go see his doctor and keep checking it.
Also, unless it was taken by a doctor or nurse, it could just be machine error. When a cuff is too small or too big, it can give false readings.
He would be dizzy and light headed if he was having trouble.

That is about average, I would think that it would be higher considering his weight but that means he has a strong heart, a low pressure is usually thought of as a good thing rather than a bad thing.

that is a normal bp. Usually if your bp is a little low you may be a little dehydrated. I would not worry unless if it is less than 90/60 or higher that 140/90 and is not a hypertensive.

Nope that is almost perfect.
Too low...
Usually we watch anything below 90/60
If you become symptomatic at that point we push fluids.
