I would've liked to have seen Firefly and Enterprise given more time.

Firefly, yes - but ratings were terrible right from the start, so that is understandable.

Another Whedon show, Angel had at least one more good year - WB should have let him do a year (or a half year, at least) to finish up Angel properly, rather than just give him 5 weeks to do so.

I really liked Reunion--it had potential. I still mourn to this day for Firefly. I would love to get network exes in a room and ask them how in the world do they expect a show to gain a following if they pull the plug after only a few episodes? My favorite is when they yank a show after only 1 episode. 1!!! How in the world do you expect a show to get good ratings when it was only on once? I have never, ever understood that rationale.

A really cute show was on the WB, called "Maybe It's Me". Reagan Dale Neis was the star. Veeerrry funny! Too bad the WB didn't give it more time.
