For foundation: Dot the makeup on the places you want the most. Rub it in. Make sure you get all over ur face and put makeup on ur neck to blend in.
Bronzer: Put it on where you think the sun will hit you, or just put it on your cheeks, forehead, chin, and nose.
Concealer: Choose a yellow one 1 or 2 shades lighter than your skin. For under eyes, put it on the dark spots and Pat it in gently. And do the same thing if you have pimples, freckles, etc.
Blush: Pinch your cheek to see wat shade of blush u are. Blow off acces blush on the brush before u start. Start with a light coat, you can use more later. Be sure to put on blush last.
Eye shadow: Choose three shades (Dark, Medium, and Light). Put the medium on your eyelid, just below the crease. Next, put the dark shade on your crease From eye corner to eye corner on both. For the light shade, use it on the brow bone to highlight. Be sure to blend the dark and medium well.
Eyeliner: Draw a line on the upper lash line, starting in the middle, do the same thing on the bottom.
Mascara: Tilt your head up and use a zigzag motion and repeat twice. Do the same thing for the bottom, but ONLY use one coat.
I hope I helped!! And always wash your face, use toner and moisturizer before putting on makeup! And a AWESOME cleanser

start with foundation. if you have clear and healthy skin. i would suggest a sheer powder foundation ( i loveee bare escentuals. it evens skin tone, but it doesnt weight you down so you dont feel like your wearing makeup. plus it doesnt cake in fine lines and creases.) To apply this you just use a brush and buff it in in little circles. make sure you blend really well along your jaw line. powder foundations can still leave a makeup line.
then you want to do eyeshadow. pick a natural shade that goes well with your skin tone and eye color. gently sweep a little bit over the eyelid. you dont want to get alot on, then it would just look messy. i suggest you invest in a rather large eyeshadow brush, (bare escentuals has some) they tend to get the eyeshadow on more evenly and it looks more natural. i
i suggest you dont go with eyeliner....i think the natural look is best for first time users.
next is mascara. i HIGHLY suggest LashExact from CoverGirl. dip the brush into the bottle and hold horizontally to your lashes. gently sweep the brush up your lashes while doing a slight zig-zag motion to separate the lashes. one or two coats should do it.
then blush. i suggest a very light, feminine pink. beware: light is NOT the same as bright. dont get legally blonde pink..but a soft, rosy like pink. get a nice large, round blush brush (once again, bare escentuals) and sweep the brush over the blush...dont get too mmuch. smile into the mirror and VERY LIGHTLY apply the blush to the parts of your cheeks that stand out when you smile, typically called the apple of your cheeks. i like to buff and blend the blush into my cheeks using small circles. you dont want to just do it in one place cause you'll end up looking like raggety ann. just buff it up to your hairline. you can apply more if it doesnt look liike enough.
make sure you get the best shades for your skin tone and eye color...as wellas hair color now that i think about it.
make sure your comfortable with it. in no time, you'll love wearing makeup!! good luck!

You take a eye shadow brush, brush into some eye shadow, and put it on your eyes, then you take an eyeliner pencil, and carefully draw a thin line along your eyelids........
Oh why don't you just visit Maybelline's website. They have videos showing you how to apply make up.

Remember more is less!
So you have to put on even more!
First pull out your eyebrows!
Then THICK foundation and as much powder as possible.
Then thick eyeliner natural like a Panda.
False eyelashes and very thick massacre
Blusher like PIKACHU
Bright Red lipstick and 1kg of lipgloss.
Dont forget to draw your eyebrows on again beautifully.
