Hello Marnie, it took a little time but now I am very comfortable in high heels. I can wear them anywhere and be comfortable.

Typically, yes. It depends on the shoe, though, and how high the heel is. I'll get uncomfortable in just about every heel after awhile, but with some I hardly notice the discomfort until I take them off. With others (typically the ones with higher heels), the arch of my foot will start hurting after a few hours and it's sort of a dull ache until I can take them off.

not all the time! depends on the high heels type and how long and where you're wearin it. high heels during clubbing hurts wit all the table-top dancing but high heels in the office/just chillin out/goin to the cinema,etc is ok for me

it all depends on how high and how thick. one and a half inches and really thick is okay for a little while to walk in but it causes pain afters some time. but a half an inch that is skinny is slightly hard to walk in, but far more comfy.

LOVE them, but I'm not even 30 yet and developing foot issues. Life is so unfair!

I can only wear them in short spurts because of a wreck I was in that injured my back.
