Immediately go to your nearest post office and request to speak to the postmaster. He/she usually has a separate office so you can talk. Tell the postmaster everything that you have stated above. If he is not willing to help or investigate, go above him.

I had a similar problem last year with an very important priority mail package arriving opened.
I went to speak with the postmaster and he was kind and helpful. The problem was corrected and the guilty mail carrier (what an idiot) was appropriately punished.

Opened Mail

Undelivered mail is common, the average wedding invitation only gets delivered 1/3 of the time. All my mail is wrinkled & crammed in box. That does not even count that half the time I get my mail delivered after 5 pm - no use until next day.

Your postmaster is the one to complain to, but I find they are not concerned.

That sounds serious...contact your neighbors and see if it has happened with them first...then go to the post office...because "mail tampering "is serious stuff...best of luck to you!!!first you will have to fill out a form and your neighbors if they have received opened mail...Possibility he/she is looking for MONEY...or maybe something else...But report it nonetheless!!!

Johnny if it makes you feel any better they do the same with any package I sent to my mom in the USA (I'm in the UK) or from there to here. The box will have a nice hole in it with an attached note "Checked by Homeland Security". I'm glad that they made sure that the baby blanket my mom sent for my little one didn't explode.

Man. that is serious stuff..

Have you tried asking your neighbors if they have the same problems?
I would first contact the post office.

Get in touch with the Postal Inspection Service.

They can monitor your mail.

Once or twice is not uncommon, but yours is too chronic for that.
