The PS3 was about to cost $900.00 but the price got a little lower around $650.00 to $700.00. You can verify this in www.sony.com

The games are not going to cost $100! Search "PS3 game prices", and you will see that the Sony guy said they will definitely NOT cost that much. Anyways, the system will be 400 to 500 dollars, depending on whether you get the 20GB or 60GB.

At EBgames.com, PS3 games on preorder seem to be running about $60 each.

I copied this from the Best Buy website.
The PlayStation 3 will launch in the United States, Europe, and Australia on November 17. The 20GB version will retail for $499 and the 60GB version will retail for $599 in the U.S., and 499 and 599 euros in Europe, respectively.
