Sounds like you're using too big of a tampon for your flow. Believe me!! I feel your pain! Kotex Security are the best tampons in my opinion! Try a different size. I like to purchase the package that comes with different sizes, so you can adjust according to your flow. When those packages are not available, I purchase super for my heaviest days, and regular for the light ones. You can alternate whenever you need to. Try using this handy guide directly from Kotex.com. It will help you choose the right tampon, and hopefully ease some of your pain. Good luck! http://www.kotex.com/na/products/tampons.asp

I'm a supper tampon woman myself. But you must also know when to give them a break. I use them for the first maybe 3 days, then I stop and dont use them again maybe until that last 2 days or so. This way your giving your body a major break. Its probably sensitve, Find a pad thats heavy and comfortable. I know I know, I hate them too, but we have no other choice. I'd simply ease up on the tampons sweetie

I think you are using a tampon that is to big for you. You need to try switching to a smaller size. You may also want to use a different absorbancy. Try relaxing a little bit when you pull it out.

Maybe you should go get your "cooter" checked out. Tampons shouldn't hurt. Ask your gynie. They can give you advice and treatment if you have a problem...

When the tampon absorbs it expands more then when you inserted it. Use a smaller tampon, or just put up with the pain. But it dosent mean anything is wrong with you.

I suspect that it has not been left long enough to acheive maximum absorbancy. This has happen to me. The best thing is to chage the tampon from regular to light or just use pads.
If the probem persists you need to see the doctor

ahhh...just stick with a pad. this way your .....cooter..... doesn't feel so bad. Maybe your cooter would like a new name and its is made at you for referring to it as a.....cooter.
