In most leagues the RB's are the most valueable. So I would start there and draft a QB on the second round. Payton Manning

If you are in a league with 3 or 4 guys, then you are in a talentless league where there is no skill involved in who you pick. Every player on your team should be a stud so just pick the best available.

In a REAL league (10 or 12 teams), ALWAYS take a RB in the 1st round. You can get very good value at QB in the later rounds as usually Drew Bledsoe, Jake Delhomme, Jake Plummer, and Trent Green are usually available in the 6th-9th rounds. I guarantee you will not find any good starting RB's in the 7th or 8th rounds unless you pick up someone that eventually gains the #1 spot later in the year.

First round take Alexander, LT, or Larry Johnson if you can. He's a stud on a run-oriented team, but Roaf retiring may present protection issues, not something you look forward to in a position like center. If they're out, try for Tiki or Portis. Always go with running backs first couple rounds. If not the 2nd round, take a good WR like Chad Johnson or Steve Smith. I have 8 guys in my league and managed to grab Brady in the 4th round. Aside from him and Manning, there are a lot of other great QBs so with only 3 or 4 guys in your league you're guaranteed at least 1. I even got Delhomme to backup Brady and Steve Smith to work with him.

whoa.

3 or 4 teams? it doesn't matter what you take - that is not a league. To be a legit league there must be at least 10 teams (honestly, I think 10 is light as well, real leagues should have 12 teams)

what's the point?

Peyton as your first pick and maybe L.T. as your second. Quarterbacks have always scored the best for me , overall
