I vomit every other hour and beat myself to sleep.
Just kidding!!
I walk a lot. I dance a lot. I get turned on a lot (that makes you fitter, really!!). I eat a great variety of foods. I don't worry too much about my weight. And my job consist of standing all day discussing with customers, which strenghtens my character I guess (I work at McDonals. Don't tell ME pada pah pah pah I'm lovin it)

I guess the healthiest thing I do for myself these days is just to make sure my son is healthy!

If you mean me personally, then I am working on eating healthy, so I have increased my vegatables, decreased my meat intake, and am trying to watch my portions.

go to the gym for two hours, play my guitar it keeps me busy from thinking of my problems
