I don't get paid alimony or child support for my daughter. If there are any lawyers out there please help. My Ex-husband is now married to another woman,he never comes over to see his daughter and when he does there 3 month incremint visits. And if our divorce is illegal what actions can/should i take?

I am not a lawyer but if I were in the same situation I would start with contacting the county of where you live or he lives. There will have to be some sort of record of a divorce and it would have to be where one of the two of you lives. I cant imagine him being able to divorce you without you knowing it. Here in Indiana the county clerk handles divorces so that might give you a place to start. Just call the court house, I would start with where he is from cause most generally the person filing would have to do it through their county. Otherwise, take him to court. Let the judge make him come up with what he would need to prove that he divorced you without you knowing. Hope that gives you a place to start.

Find a lawyer. Make him pay for alimony and child support. Take everydime you can't get for your daughter's sake. Tell your daughter never to find a guy like that when she grows up.
