You've got to make some changes in your lifestyle and eating habit along with a good exercise plan.
30 situps a day isn't going to do much...
more like 3 reps of 30 each... morning, afternoon and evening.

No you would not get a six pack. All you would do is tone some. In order to get a six pack you have to build muscle. So try doing 30 a day for one week and on the next week add more sit ups keep doing that until you get the result you want. I know people who got them self's up to 500 sit ups a day before thy got the belly thy wanted. Every one is different so you may not have to go that high in number of sit ups.

To answer your question in a word, NO. It depends on several things your body fat, your habits, your other excesses, an your metabolism. I was in the army an 30 sit-ups is what is considered PART of a maintenance program it is a goal to helps you maintain a desired level of health an fitness. 30 sit-ups will NOT get you a six pack in a couple of months. Crunches. The first an hardest part of the sit up will help. An constricting your abs when you do them both up an down. and slowing down as well, get the most from the reps you do. But don't overdo it limit yourself to day on day off or other exercise an you should see results. Running will help build up your endurence an help with the love handles as well. Because if you got a gut you got to have something to hold it with lol. An add sets at night as well. They say not to eat anything after 8 pm because your metabolism wont work it off, just store it as fat. So no midnite snacks as well.
Reduce your intake of fatty foods you know ALL the GOOD stuff. If you enjoy it, stop eating it. Or cut it down to really small portions.
Do not do ANYTHING everyday. Your body will stop going after the fat an start to break down an use proteins which is what MAKES muscle. So you will actually be defeating your intent.
FYI when I was 16 I weighed 319 lbs, I starved myself down to 136 by 17 1/2. I destroyed the muscle I had because I took the weight off too fast an didnt maintain a proper protein balance. They said I could have done all sorts of harm to myself by doing it that way. But I did it because I was hanging out with this thin, model beautiful girl at the time. She told me if I wasnt so fat, she would sleep with me. So I did it. I also doubled up classes an graduated early because she said she wouldnt date anyone still in school. When I saw her after doing all of this for her, I realized I didnt even LIKE her anymore because she was superficial. So my last bit of advice is, IF you are going to do it, DONT do it for a girl, do it for yourself.

I did that same thing for a while. I didn't get a six-pack, but my belly was a lot flatter. And it took a while. For faster results, work in some cardio before your sit-ups to warm up your abs. Also, work up to 50 or 60 sit-ups as you progress. You can try these exercises too (the link).Best Wishes!

Yeah, you'd probably end up with a 6-pack and an adonis complex, better to eat healthily and do moderate all round exercise like swimming. You'll never get a six pack but you'd generally be in better shape all round. No point just your belly being fit?

no if you do 10 sets of 30 everyday then you may have a two pack and two packs are just as hot as six packs. and 300 sit up really isnt that much and itll make a difference you should also run or ride a bike for atleast 30 mins a day

that will only target ur upper stomach To target the lower abdominal muscles, you must incorporate leg lifts. I recommend seated tucks: Lean back on the side of a chair with your legs extended in front of you, with both arms holding the chair for support, and feet flexed. Quickly tuck your legs into your chest, then slowly lower so feet just skim the floor. Repeat 6 to 8 times for a full set. Do three sets to start. Then work your way up to three sets of 12 reps. Add these exercises to your routine, and you'll work your entire abdominal area.

effective rant ! one element is definite, human beings from all ideologies are laid low with this interest shortage and piss undesirable economic device. Cryin approximately it is going to unravel no longer something, neither will pointing hands. DES has gotten horse shiit approximately dishing out money and that they're going to deny reimbursement for the least petty motives. the only thank you to confirm this situation is to alter the gamers on the coolest. whilst have faith is long previous, so is self belief. We did so in 1983 with the aid of dumping Jimmy Carter and it worked then. a similar element will take place today with the aid of removing 0bama, and self belief will then too be immediately restored.

6-pack? Dude - go down the store and get a 12 pack. It'll explain your gut and make her happy about things all at the same time.
