i know this is gonna sound weird but there is this really weird person at my swimming pool place and he looks really weird looks like he lives in the streets or something and he goes in the water and keeps going back and forth taking a gulp of water and spiting it back out into the pool is it okay since there is chlorene in the pool or i should just leave the place cuz he really grosses me out once i was just minding my own bissness and i accedentally bumped into him and when i got my head out of the water to excuse myself before i even say sorry he throws this huge waterfall of water from his mouth on my face do you think i should leave that pool

Here's something to think about. It's not just spit that people are leaving in pool water. Hair, skin flakes, urine and sweat are there too. It's a public bath. The chlorine content of the water is dealing with any microbes that may harm you.
Still like that public pool? It's not just that guy, everyone is leaving something. Including you.

tell the life guard what he is doing & ask if he/she could keep a close watch on the creep. Otherwise if it keeps up I would def go to another pool/beach to swim.

sometimes, i do that too... i take some water and spit it back out . and it's only a lil bit... it's okay...it's gross if he's like rinsing his mouth with it but ... yeah... but yeah the part where spit on you was kinda gross but he didn't mean to and as long as you avoid and he apoligizes, you should just do what you gotta do. i mean, after swimming, you take a shower, so it's no big deal =]
