Sometimes "modern life" is just so overwhelming. I think it would be so cool to get stuck somewhere with just a few close friends and my boyfriend, like our own little version of Gilligan's Island. Maybe our island could be clothing optional. Am I the only one who that appeals to?

Absolutely. I'd make a great beach bum living in place like Gilligan's Island. Free from the rest of the world, I could even learn to live without the internet. Don't send any rescue boats looking for me either.

I want to be on a tropical island. A desert island would be a little short on food and water. How about Maui?

Doesn't appeal to me much. I have the privacy I want, can be with the people I want pretty much at my choice, and I don't have to go hunting around for grubs and fruit to eat.

it sounds romantic until you are actually stranded there and get sick of the people you are with...I would like it with 'leaving optional'...
