So why is France the only European country as brave enough for opposing NO to the most powerful nation of the world, i.e. US, when other countries submit cowardly to US dictatorship ?

French people do respect human life, that's why it is a civilized country and US is becoming as uncivilized it reproaches to mueslim countries to be. Human life has less and less value to American's eyes.

I can not understand why Americas have a negative view of the French. I believe that all Americans must do a history review of their country.
The French helped the Americans in the fight against the British to liberate their country and it was the French who were the key players in the construction of the Statue of Liberity, a gift to the American people which is now an icon of American values.
Americans should be appreciative of the French

You are right on. The French were some of the bravest people in the world in World War I AND II, and lost hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people protecting their homeland with their lives. Our dumb American chickenhawk pundits should be forced to participate in the wars they start.
Deed, that's garbage. The French have jumped out of trenches into machine-gun fire for their comrades in this century. Not many of our Americans did this....just came over when the war was half-fought. Quit listening to the neo-cons. The French are some of the greatest people on this earth, and have been for quite some time.
