I'm sick of seeing all there liberal teens defending everybody. "I don't hate anybody," "We're all human beings," "I love all walks of life." What the **** is wrong with you people? Not everybody is created equally, some people are better than others. Did MTv brainwash all the children to think this way?

Yes eric l, I am relating MTv to liberalism. If you aren't aware that certain television stations are liberal and certain stations are conservative you must be blind.

I mentioned nothing about race or religion. You can be prejudice towards anyone, punks, goths, rude teenagers, old people, women, or white people who try to act black. My question contained no implications of racial or religious prejudice, those of you who chose to focus on these types of prejudice did so on your own.

It's idealism and it's not so bad- better than the alternative. The problem is prejudice exists in some way in almost everybody, but we are usually ignorant of the fact that we have some prejudice. Perhaps a liberal is prejudiced against conservatives and vice versa. Or maybe its a race thing or religious or . . . .It would be nice if there was a level of mutual respect among people to be able to speak openly about our prejudices and where they come from.

Well, I for one, admit that I'm a prejudice person. I don't love all walks of life. I don't even like some walks of life. I wouldn't blame it on MTV though. I think it's good that young people find a peace in their life. It's the rude awakening that they are going to find that makes me just shake my head in disbelief of their blindness. But I would suppose that it is you that you are talking about being better than others.....again. I shake my head at that also. Once again I must compare you with the back end of a horse. And no, we're not talking about the tail.....:)

I personally can't say that I have absolutely no prejudices. We all prejudge people when we see them, it's human nature. I believe that those who wouldn't consider themselves prejudiced may truly be prejudiced but just make it a point not to let those prejudices hinder getting to know someone. Personally, I often find myself harboring prejudices against black men, even though I am black myself. I do this despite knowing many and being aware that my prejudices are likely wrong. It's just natural human behavior.

Hate's a waste of time. It doesn't achieve anything. It's based on fear. One of society's great failures is the inability of people to let others have their own beliefs & their own tastes.
There are plenty of peple I don't particularly like - but I'm not going to waste my time - let Karma sort it out :-)

Everyone is prejudiced because all people have values, morals, beliefs etc. based on what we have been taught and our life experience. We make pre-judgments based on the above, - (when it is safe to cross the street & whom we should date etc.). Usually we believe our judgment to be correct & other persons to be wrong.

Yes I must confess i am prejudiced I hate mice, spiders, snakes, creepy crawly bugs of all kinds, and especially little green men. I admit it, I'm ashamed but yes I am better then them. And when no one is looking I kill them. I have a fly swatter hidden just in case they try to sneak in. your right I've hidden in the closet way to long god feels so good to get it off my chest. thanks but please don't tell it might be hard to get a date in the future. :-)

Because if they think they have NO prejudices, they are ignorant, and if they KNOW they possess SOME prejudice, they are embarassed by and ashamed of it.
