Okay considering the fact that you broke up with him but still have feelings for him. YES! Tell him how you feel. Also tell him they reason why you broke up with him in the first place. Let him know that what he said to you really hurt you badly.

If you realy still love him and you know that until now he has no other woman to love, without delay, tell him how you feel for him. If you must apologize to him for what happened before you broke up with him, apologize with all honesty.
Men are generally turned on by women who know how to admit that they are wrong and apologize for what they have done. If he belongs to that kind of man, I'm sure, if he still loves you, a reconciliation is greatly in the offing between the two of you.
