I have a friend that I haven't seen, and ever since his father was being cruel to his mom and cheating on her, he started to blame on her even though he should of blame on his father. I'm trying to contact him but he hasn't been online, I want to call him but I don't want to disturb his family. How can I get him to stop listening to his dad and stop blaming on his mom?

Okay to tell you the truth. You should try and get together with him and talk to him. See why he is blaming things on his mom. Also tell him what good qualities his mom has if you know some. Maybe try telling/showing him that it's not the mom doing the wrong thing but the dad is.

Your role as a friend is to offer support if he needs it. Who he blames for whatever is up to him. If he wants to get in touch with you I guess he can. For the moment though, this is not your problem.
