I went to the Learning Annex seminar in NYC featuring Trump, Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, and a few others in Sept 2005. I got a weekend-long full of live infomercials! Everyone there has a book or "proven system" to sell you. I spent $500 for a VIP ticket and I didn't think it was worth it. The "systems" were selling anywhere from $800 - $3500, a few even came up with a "today & today only $400 special."

skip it .....
Trump got his money from dear old dad --- 400 million --- high dollar properties located in the choicest location.... not to mention stock holdings and etc...... his old man was a billionaire and when the son messed up ---it was his dad's money that got him out of hock!
"The Donald" went to private schools and had the best education --- you can invest that money in a real estate course and buy a real estate investment book at Barnes and Noble --- that can motivate you....

It all depends on what you get out of it. Most seminars are more for networking than anything.
