It doesn't matter what you believe. The Islamic Ummah is where the Muslim gets their hate and justification to do anything to us who don't believe their bee ess.
Please read the Ummah. You will learn the ugly truth about the Islamic plan to unite the world under one Islamic flag. The Ummah says everybody born in the world is born to the Muslim yoke. It doesn't matter what you think. According to Muslims, you are a Muslim.
That's why we are going to have to fight. If the Muslims don't delete the Ummah from their government/religion there will never be any peace.
Just read the bee ess from the fella' above what I post. He operates on the premise that everybody is a Muslim. I was not born to the Islamic yoke. I am not a Muslim. I will never be a Muslim. I refuse to worship a false God.
Those few simple statements makes it open season on me, because I don't believe their Islamic bee ess. According to the Ummah a Muslim can do anything he/she wants to me with impunity because I don't believe their bee ess.
I hope this enlightens you about to fight we face. Please read the Ummah. If you value your peace, you must read the Ummah.

You need to understand that each culture has a history that affect their judgments. I am Christan but from Majority Muslim Country.
Anything the Terrorists does is (most of the time) targeted toward USA and ISRAEL. Someother times, toward countries that support those two.
Now to make my answer short : Palestine ( which has a holly shrine in which it is believed that Mohammed the prophet ascended to the Heavens) was taken by the Jews (1948) and turned into Israel ( As in the Bible, God promised them with this land). Some Palestinian got kicked out , some others got stuck in with no communication, jobs or money. then they get desperate , violence happen, people start getting brain washed by Terrorists and they kill others thinking that this is religious duty to liberate their land.
Now America for sure support Israel.. right? So targeting Americans and its friendly countries is the right thing,, cause they are not standing for the right of the natives (Palestinians) who got their land ripped by the Jews (Israel).
Now whatever Terrorism happens.. all the stories will filter down to this simple fact. So when for example Hezbollah kidnapped the two soldiers, they were actually doing religious and
patriotic duty in order to release other Lebanese or fighters, who ere fighting Israel originally for the liberation of Palestine.. Things are complicated there..

Hezbollah has two wings in Lebanon one political the other military. Terrorist are often called guerrillas on inter-net news and Tom Brokaw NBC news on occasion called them guerrillas. Al Quaida camps were bombed a time or two before 9-11. Really 9-11 attack could be called a guerrilla attack of sabotage. Whats in a name?? One sounds more frightening and uncivilized. Without tanks and planes they fight with small arms and hit and run. Seem the Lebanon military is a little better armed and putting up a real battle.

The answer to your question is complex and would take up many pages of information but i will try to explain it to you in a nutshell.
First I will say I am a Muslim, a convert from Christianity so my point of ciew stems from the Muslim perspective, not the secular perspective.
The religion of Islam is indeed a religion of peace. The word Islam translated from Arabic comes from the root Salam which means peace.
If you look to our holy book the Quran, God says that the killing of one life is the same as if you killed the whole of humanity and the saving of one life is the same as saving all of mankind. But this does not mean that we can't defend ourselves from those who trangress and oppress.
The general public want the Muslim community to denounce terrorism and many Muslim communities have done so. The reason this is unknown to the public is because the media does not show it. It appears they prefer to show the ignorant Muslims who burn flags and storm embassies.
The problem though is that how can the general public request a denouncing of terror from the muslim community when the general public does not denouce act of terror against Muslims in places like palistine and Iraq? Instead of denouncing violence against muslims, most of the generalpublic use phrases like collateral damage, retaliation, military incursions, etc but when the Muslims fight back against this it is labled terrorism.
Since when have we as a 'civilized" society accept these terms? Since when is it ok to terminate a persons life because it was done 'legally". What is going on now in the middle east is Legallized killing of Muslims, but killings of Israelis or Americans is Illegal. War is war, killing is killing and terrorism is terrorism, not matter how you try to package it or lable it.
Thats my response.
"the killing of a million people is a mere statistic, but the killing of a single human being is a tragedy" - John Lenon

All John Birch aside, the middle east is now and always has been a hotbed. These nations are very young in relation to everything else, and the fact that religion=government makes things very unconventional in the "war" sense. People who hold the same religious belief have a hard time turning against one another. An author by the name of Bernard Lewis has a number of books written concerning the middle east, they are very readable and explain a lot.

For the same reason Christians say that they're not all bad, but refuse to condemn Timothy McVeigh and Eric Robert Rudolph. And then people like Pat Robertson claim that Christians are the victims....

Simple.
Would you have the guts to return to your town or village knowing full well that Hezbollah or Al-Qaeda watched you denouncing them?
Beside, these people don't have much options and the terror groups do support them with food, clothing, etc. Furthermore, these people were brought up in ignorance or they side with a faction which benefits them most.
I'm a Muslim convert and I do denouce violence coming from my own but I also want the non-muslim leadership to police their own misguided people and media to stop generalizing the Muslims.
Clear enough.

If you're not Muslim, they don't give a toss but we have been taught to be politically correct and to ignore our right to free speech, which is why the world is the way it is and why our cities are infested with gangs and the dirtballs they attract, while the government keeps you in denial and says "Love thy neighbor" even if they are killing your family or are carjacking you!!!

Muslims follow Mohammed's utterings. Mohammed said to his followers:
"Drive all the unfaithful out of Arabia, and slaughter every Jew who comes into your hands."
"Those to whom we have given the Torah and Gospels should be converted to Mohammedanism. The faithful will be rewarded well, but the punishment for the unfaithful is the fire of hell."
"My only pleasures on earth are women, fine odors, and prayers."
"Women are your plows, you can order them as you will."
"The angel Gabriel has revealed it to me."
Mohammed considered himself to be the Messiah. According to Mohammed, God and Abraham also spoke to him.
It might be considered akin to condeming oneself for another Muslim to speak out against Muslims who follow Mohammed's utterances to the letter.
