From the latest DNA testing it appears that all of mankind is!
Donot be sensitive about your skin color ,this is just an aberation in the genetic code: For the latest info on this scientific test try searching on the internet for the origin of white skin. It was recently reported on by ABC news not more than a few months ago. It said that in "blacks" the gene was normal and in whites the same gene is mutated.
