Want to know what I think about 15 year olds having sex? The mother of my son was 15 and he is the result of her first time having sex. I am personally grateful for her stupidity because I have a wonderful son that I would not have had in my life. But as I eventually went through my own pregnancy and delivery I couldn't help but think about what is senior prom, basketball games and high school fun after having spent 9 months pregnant, going through the fun of delivery and the agony of giving up one's own flesh and blood.
So should you have sex at 15 - go ahead. Just be prepared to pay the piper if it ends in pregnancy.

well, coming from a 17 year old, my opinion might not sound as "important." however, i was 16 my first time, but it was with someone i love and respect on an emotional/physical level (we are still together), and it had nothing to do with "what everyone else was doing" or "will this make him love me more?"...i see kids my age having sex because everyone else is and they think it's ok, but it's not. you're the only person who can tell you if you're ready, and it can't be a decision made in the heat of the moment. "virginity" isn't just a word. think about that.

As long as they are responsible and in a monogamous (committed) relationship.
Sex comes with responsiblity so I think they should be well educated about birth control and what to do when girls end up pregnant.
I had sex at 16 with my boyfriend of two years. We spoke about it for a couple months. I'm 19 now and we're still together.

i think that if you feel you are mature enough to have sex and you love the person you are with then you should. i was 15 when i had sex but i had been with my boyfriend for a year and i was smart and safe.im still with him (im 23 now) so in my case it worked out for the best. but if they are just having sex cause everyone else is then it is absolutely the wrong thing to do if everyone else peed their pants would you do it just cause its the cool thing to do? NO!!!!!

Your too young to handle all that sex is. Its way more than just an action. For young females it is especially bad because your mind is not developed. It may be hard because everyone may say they are doing but don't. You will regret it later if you do.

I think it's natural. Not responsible or intelligent, but when did we start expecting our 15 year olds to suddenly possess those attributes after a lifetime of coddling?

I think its crazy! It might be the style but it certainly is not the best choice. Thats how most teenagers get pregnant. Coming from a 13 year old, I think tis stupid.

I am 16 now and I am still a virgin.
I think that 15 is too young, but I know that it is pretty common.

I think that it is something you need to think about. sex is not something to play around with. If you are ready be smart and responsible about it. If you are not ready no some research, talk to some you you can trust about how you feel and then decide
