it's a whiny emotional type of music and it's followers

I was thinking the same thing the other day! I was like "Wow- I'm not young anymore. These teens are coming up new words now, and I'm clueless" I was told it was something like emotionally charged hardcore punk music. Don't feel alone- us older peoples will help each other out.

Apparently you're not alone. I have no clue on what a emo is and I see that word a lot on this site. I thought I was just stupid.
