if you were to have silicon breast implants and they started leaking how fast would you need them removed?

it is a localized leak on both breasts it is supposively not moving anywhere just staying in place.
the reason why i am asking this is my mother has silicon implants that are supposively leaking and she found this out in june its now august and she still hasn't done anything about it she has gone to a couple of doctors and they told her she has to wait 6 weeks till she stops smoking before they will do surgery. i say this is a bunch of bullshit i think she just wants her boobs redone and a breast lift she is 60 yrs. old and she is always complaing about the way they look. so she had to play the "there leaking" card so noone would give her a hard time for getting her boobs done.
by the way this woman has had more plastic surgery than joan rivers and joan collins combined!!!
you could buy a house on the amount she has spent on her plastic surgeries. IT"S SICK!!!!!!!!

A.S.A.P. See your specialist. You don't want the silicon leaking into your body. It will make you sick & you could end up with an autoimmune disease. Your leakage may be localized but your body is still absorbing the silicon through your blood.
