I think the minimum is 25, but I remember Budget used to rent if you were under, but you had to put a bigass deposit down.

I would try most of the major car rental companies but be prepared to pay through the nose since who ever is renting the car is 19. It is tough to rent a car when you are under 21 years old. The other thing I would suggest is do not use a debit or Visa/MasterCard check-card since most likely they will temporarily put a hold on it which will freeze however much they charge it for

you cannot rent a car until your 21(if your lucky)..most its 23-25
