He is learning how hard it is to compete.....especially if he doesn't make the chase again.....give a person enough rope and eventually they will hang themselves.

Hm, when exactly did he say he was 'bigger than life'? Can't answer that? Oh, that's probably because he never said that & you are putting words in his mouth! If you watched the races you would see he's a nice guy. I've NEVER heard him say that he's wonderful or anything like that. I don't think that he's overrated, he's a good driver & seems like a nice guy. You don't have to like him, but why complain about it? It's not even a question, it's a statement, 'i don't like dale jr.?' I don't like Jeff Gordon, but am I complaining about it on here? NO! By they way, who's your favorite driver, you forgot to add that in with you wonderful (sarcasm) 'question'! Mine is DALE EARNHARDT JR.!!! I guess you could already figure that out. :)

Ouch! Jr. is one of the most down to earth driver there are. He is a good 'ole boy. Very humble and very respectful of his loving fans. He takes nothing for granted, he lives a very modest life, modular home, couple acres. In fact one of his high points was when Kid Rock did a concert and wanted to know if he could park his bus in Jr's driveway so they could party together a bit. Dale said he just kept getting up to look out the window, he just couldn't believe Kid Rock was in his driveway, he took pictures of his bus and everything. He was star stuck! Pretty cool, Jr. is a awesome dude, he likes to hang out and party with his friends just like we all do. I don't think he is over rated or big headed at all.

Actually, I think you are only partially correct. Dale himself doesn't believe that he is above and beyond everybody else. It is the media that is responsible for that. He has been lifted up on a pedestal by the media unnecessarily.

Do you want a medal? Now, THAT'S a QUESTION!
I am not even a fan of Jr.'s, I even feel somewhat the same way, but you didn't even ask a question! Just stated your opinion, save it for blogging!

I think he is, too. Personally, I like Smoke, Tony Stewart. I like Mark Martin, too. I would have liked him to win the championship this year, but it doesn't look too good for him now. It's getting close to the chase and he's dropped down in points.

He's alright. Try to catch the VH1 Cribs episode where he shows his place and talks about a few things and growing up with Sr. as his father.

you said "now he thinks hes bigger than life" i'm just wondering......exactly what interview did you quote that from that he said that???? oh...he DIDN'T say it? didn't think so.......rephrase the statement to the truth......you simply don't like him so you made something up? wow, grow up. you don't like it......big deal, who cares.......he's still one of, if not THE most popular drivers out there.....you don't like it, that's fine, not everyone does, get over it and move on......next time post something worth the space, thanx
