Has anyone felt so... spiritually connected while they danced that the whole time they were on the verge of tears, and they were having chills?
I felt like that when I danced today. It was extremely beautiful. I was in my basement alone, and nobody was watching, It was a dance about my fight with my weight, and my wild stallion spirit being.. well set free.

i am a certified in dance meditation and we pursue this as a practice. you should keep doing it at home by yourself and think about starting or joining a group.

That's beautiful! Dancing is a way we can connect with our emotional subdued thoughts. Im glad you connected especially when no one was around! Now if it was Gospel it would really be spiritual! Congrats!
