Was "Mickey" Mantle having a beer when he signed your ball? ..Mickey Mantle and Joe Dimaggio only played one year together 1951 so yes it would be an unusual find if the ball is from their playing days...It's probable a HOF ball, a very nice collectable...

Not really. They were only 2 of the greatest to play the game. I will, however, give you 5 bucks for it. But just because I feel sorry for you. Heck, I might just sell it back to you. But no one else would be interested.

A lot money wise, depending upon its condition and the buyer, but how much is it worth to you emotionally?
Would you really be able to sell it?
Think about it.
Once you part with it, you will never get it back again.
Personally, I would have a stipulation in your will that it gets donated to a museum. but that's just my humble opinion.
