Its considered a Glamorous job because you get paid very well and thus are able to maintain a glamorous life style.... Plus you get to travel round the Globe for free........
Waitresses are not paid much, and almost anyone can become a waitress!!While you have to qualify a certain criteria to be an Air Hostess! You have to be smart and pretty since the airlines want to give value for mone to their paying customers.............The main difference is that the risk factor (in terms of life) is high for an air hostess, thats why she is paid well!!!

You some times have to deal with rude passengers, the upside is, you can travel anywhere for free!
