I watched it, it rings like a bunch of BS . Stuttering dude admitting he personally killed 200 women and children point blank. Considering there's no statute of limitations on war crimes, he must be a lunatic or a liar. Reminds me of Vietnam Veterans Against the War , Kerry, and all their stories which turned out to be BS.
