What do you mean by good? Wholesome? There are a lot of good sites if you look. Any religeous site is good, Neopets is good, a forum where you know all of the members is usually good.

There is this funny website called ctrlaltdel-online.com. It's a comic strip about random stuff these two gamers. It has a few cuss words in it though. Also there are two game websites: addictinggames.com and armorgames.com.
There are still good websites.

I must second fark.com. Incredibly witty takes on stories both serious and silly. I'm rather fond of memepool.com. They link to some of the most astounding websites I've ever seen.

one of my all time favorites is www.engrish.com
its all pictures and signs and menus and things that have been translated from asian languages into english, and done quite poorly.
