Actually acting like the damn boss and stop pawing something off on others because you don't want to deal with it. My boss once told me I needed to reprimand a co-worker who was sexually harassing someone else. I refused--that is what SHE is paid to deal with, not me.

They call me to do fill-in shifts (I'm a home support worker) and I'll tell them I have a doctor's appointment or my car is in the shop that day. Later someone will call me to do that exact same time slot for a fill-in and I have to tell them the same thing over again. When I tell them I'm unavailable why don't they put it in my schedule?
