Elevated white blood count could be an infection. If it was elevated blood sugar, the Doctor may be concerned about possible diabetes. The best thing to do is to go to your Family Doctor and find out what the Doctor told you today actually meant. It may be nothing at all, it may just be on the high side of normal. There is usually a wide range for these different values. Check with your Doctor, I hope everything turns out good!

As far as I know there isn't such a thing as white blood sugar cells in the blood.
There are white blood cell count.
And there is blood sugar levels.

It is hard to answer a question that doesn't make sense.
But, get to your doctor soon.

It you have a high white blood cell - that usually means there is an infection in your body.

If your blood sugar is high, you could be diabetic or prediabetic.

Make sure you get the paper work of these tests so when you see your family doctor he can take good care of you.

Don't be too worried. But do get yourself to the doctor soon.

elevated white blood count might mean you have an infection or even leukemia, depending on how high the count is and many other variables. Also, a slightly higher count than normal can mean absolutely nothing bad, so there are a wide range of possibilities here. You probably need to have your WBC monitored until they find out why it is elevated. If you aren't feeling ill, then there is nothing for you to do except wait and watch.
