Yup!

Firstly, make a list of all the assignments you have to do, and their deadlines. Make a calendar/timetable to plan out a work schedule and mark off every task you complete. This will help you to reduce your feelings of anxiety by breaking down this big worry into manageable bite-size pieces.

In general, people lose concentration after about an hour of intense study. Plan to include study breaks regularly, otherwise you will take twice as long to get things done. Take 15 minutes each hour and take a brief walk, put on some music and dance or just move around. Using a different bit of your brain helps to keep you alert and when you go back to studying, you will feel fresher.

Cut down on caffeine and make sure you get enough sleep. Eat healthily and make time for some fun and social time. If you can, do some study with a friend as this will help you to see that others are experiencing the same thing as you, and give you a bit of moral support!

Make flow charts or spider diagrams for revision - setting things out visually is a great way to process and help you remember information. It will give you a quick revision sheet for using before your exam too. You can download Inspiration for a free 30 day trial if you want to use software to do this (inspiration.com). I have used it many times and it really works.

No doubt others will give good advice too, but keep calm and work steadily and things will be fine!

Good luck!

You can divise a system so you get through your
assignments and make it your goal. Pick a nice
quiet area in your home so you can focus on
what you need to do. Have all the required items
so your not wasting time. Pick a easy one you
can complete rather quickly and than work on a
harder one and repeat this process so your not
feeling so over whelmed. Before you know it
your done and can hand them in and then
your exams will seem that much easier to do.

Beg for extensions - make up any excuse you think you can get away with!!!! Throw a sickie if you think that will give you more time to get work done.
Best tip I had was to study in the morning - you htink better, and for short periods of time, have a 15 min break then get back to it. Also for me, i told my flatmates/family to be really tough on me, so if they saw me not studying, they'd be all over my ***! Also, write summary notes or important info on one piece of paper or cue cards and carry it around with you.
You will get through it... good luck
