a hand job is when you jack a guy off. a lap dance is a sensual dance where you get to do anything you want, but the guy (or gurl) can't touch you, but you can touch him. Or at least that is how it was explained to me. and for those of you that don't know. it is embarrassing to ask your parent that and they won't tell you the answer anyway. have you not heard that alread?
