Dear Graham h,

Basically, you will need a website to start with. Then with that website, based on what you are using, you will need to create a link in the website to access the page. That page should be situated into the server that host the website. That means. First make the page. Second, upload the page to the server. Third create a link in the website to the page. Then finish.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Vearn

I think you probably want to set up your own site, but if you just want a place to download stuff, one place I recommend is My e-snips. This site gives you a mighty 1GB of space to do with what you like- download files, video, graphics, music, etc. And its all free. Also a whole lot of other people use this site and you will find people who share your interests. Its a little like myspace but more grown up - I think, anyway. Check it out -its worth a look even if its not exactly what you want. www.esnips.com. And no - I don't work for e-snips. I just think its a really excellent website

well first you need webspace, and a domain name. now you can get free webspace, but it's really slow and full of ads. then you'll need something notepad or dreamweaver to actually code the thing. then you'll have to upload the html pages and all the images and what not. then finally hope it all works. which it propably won't.

If you've actually created your own HTML page using pure HTML and have the file you could easily upload it to a web host.

Try http://www.freewebs.com or http://www.50webs.com or you could always send me the HTML code you have and I'll host it somewhere for you (totally free).

:-)

check if your ISP give you any free webspace lots of them do and have their own site building software to go with it - using a site builder is much simpler than learning html

Publishing is easy. The big question is: "What do you have to offer?"

Please let it be a contribution, not another "I Love Me" page...
