IT'S EASY!! Once you've read a question that you want to answer, click on "Answer Question" (in the blue box directly under the question). A box will appear that says "Your Answer". Type your answer to the question in that box. A little further down the page, you will see a box that says "Source". Unless you got your information from a specific source, there is no need to type anything in there. Go a little further down the page, and click "Preview". Check and make sure the answer you gave is the way you want it. If not, you can click "Edit" and change whatever it was that you wanted to change in your original answer. Then click on "Submit". SIMPLE AS THAT!

When you click on someone's question to read it, there's a blue button just below the question that says "answer this question". Click on that and then it'll bring you to another screen where you can type away! At the bottom of that page, there's a button that says "preview". Click on that and it'll bring you to the last page where you can click to post your response.

Basically in order to answer one's question, you will need to know the topic that the question are refering too. Then you will need to identify if the question is asking the for the answer that you are giving. Then in structural manner explains in a most appropriate manner to the questiner. Include source if it needs technical helps or there is more information about that particular question. i hope this help you in order to answer other people's answer better.
