Download this program called Bit Comet.
You can get ANY program you want for free on it. It works like a file sharing program, only people only swap movies and files on it, not music.
We use this to get photo editing software, virus protection, stuff to make our computer run faster/more efficient. Google for a program to clean your comp and download it for free through bitcomet....it's great!

You have a program already in your computer. Go to Start
Then click Programs, then System Tool, then Disc Cleanup
Also you should run Scan Disk at least once a month, same access route

If you are looking to clean viruses, you can go to: trend micro house call, they have free on line virus scans. You can find it on Yahoo search if you type in 'trend micro'. If you need to clean something else, you have to be more specific.

one of the easiest places is the computer troubleshooter from AOL. If you have their software already installed it's a quick, reliable tool. (by the way - you don't have to pay for AOL any more if you have another broadband ISP)

You have to me more specific, what do you want to clean - history, cookies, do you want to defrag, delete e-mails. All this is already built in for you to use.
