Try going to sleep, user ya regular warm milk or hot tea w/e but lay down & try to sleep! If ya can't try 2 advils, that may help! Good luck Sweety! Don't use any booze that's self-defeating!

Try taking a warm sitz bath and be sure to dry the area throughly before putting on your underwear. If it's not 100% cotton, I would suggest not wearing any (if your modesty would allow), and just wear a long nightgown to bed. The air can alleviate some of the pain because moisture can exacerbate the problem.

It's good that you're seeking medical attention. At least the doctor can alleviate any fears you may have and prescribe a cure and symptom relief. Many a medical condition has gotten really serious needlessly because of ignorance of the signs or symptoms or fear of embarrassment.

This part of your anatomy is no better or worse than any other. Would you feel embarrassed to get a broken arm re-set? If it needs attention, get to it, young lady!

I don't think there's much you can do at this time, see the doctor
tomorrow, in the meantime take a sitz bath. You might want to
make a cup of chamomille tea, dilute it with warm water in a big bowl and sit in it for a while. Otherwise I would wait until you see the doc.

If it is a scratch, try Vaseline. It will protect the area from outside irritations. If not a scratch, Monostat and Vagi-Guard make a cream that reliefs irritation.

tell your bf to clip his nails lol.....at least i hope thats the way it got there...atomatically put a dab of paroxide on it with a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to avoid any further infection then the best thing you can do is lay in the tub with some warm water until the pain is soothed
