The problem is not with what people eat but is with the saying "You are what you eat."
This saying does deliver a good message (watch what you eat) but if taken literally, this saying makes no sense. If it did infact make sense, then the only way for one to be a human being would be to cannibalize. Place this saying literally in any context and it will not make sense.
So the answer to your question would be Chinese are not pigs, and westerners are not pieces of **** themselves.

I don't consume **** or fungus like mushrooms.
I eat vegetables, fruits and as far as meat goes. I eat some parts of a cow, a turkey, a chicken and a pig. i could never in my life eat chitlins though (if you have ever seen what they look like before they are cooked, you would know what im talking about)

Dear heavens, don't take it so literally....
I eat greens, as in cooked leaves, so does that make me a leaf?
