Looks like a rye grass or fescue to me.
Check out http://www.scotts.com for a comparison of grasses, and the locations where they grow best.

Where are you? Some bermuda grasses do better in the heat and out here in California we have a weed (I know go ahead with the jokes) called nutsedge. It's a nastyass weed that will overpower your lawn. It's got a nut that can be yards below the ground and sprouts up and odd looking grassish type blade. I should add that Bermuda is technically a weed too.

I can't see the picture but I recommend a high-quality tall fescue. It will stand up to most problems once established.

It looks like tall fescue grass to me. Tall fescue grass grows very tall and faster than other grass.

um, Dude, those are weeds i'm sorry to say they only survive becanse they soak up a lot of water for the summer so there naturally tougher (spell check) best of luck! brean :)
