Its tomorrow and all I have set up is a volleyball net. It's at my friend's but I am kinda helping w/ it.

First, I would just like to say that it is great that you are finally hanging out with the opposite sex. That's the way it's supposed to be. (instead of just hanging out wiht your friends). What girls and guys usually end up doing during "events" is separating. Your job is to pick activities that will prevent that from happening, and, thus, making the party more fun.
If you have a pool, swimming is always an option, although some people will be uneasy about being in swimwear in front of the opposite sex. Good idea, though.
Truth or dare and 7 min in heaver (or whatever its called) are some good games; and they may be fun. Just make sure that you balance these games with some "regular games" (volleyball, etc.) with those games because those are more "mature-ish".
You're a girl (i think), so make sure that, whatever you do, you include some things that guys like to do. If you're not sure, call one of the guys up and ask him for help.

amen with pheebs altho lay off the dingdong ditch cuz someone usuallly does something stupid to take it too far yea and try to play this game where you sit in a circle and just go aroun dthe circle and everyone can choose 1 person on their turn to ask them anything in the whole world such as "are you a virgin" or "what position do you like best" and yea so everyone goes around in circle and if a person chooses not to answer they must be dared to do anything...anything
