A friend of mine is trying to send me email thru hotmail. It is taking hours or up to a day for delivery. This only recently started happening with her account. I do not have this problem with other friends with hotmail addresses. What could be her problem and how can she fix it?

Have her switch email providers.

Seriously, hotmail does that sometimes. Try gmail or yahoo.
