There has been scientific evidence over the past few years that some people get gender chemicals mixed during growth in Utro.
What happens is that the body might be made into a girl, but something happens in production and the wrong chemical is given..in other words, the girl body is given boy chemicals/hormones.

Mother nature is wierd like that sometimes. You can find more on this if you use a search engine.

There are dr's that can and do successfully do gender changing surgery, but it's expensive and depends on your age. You start out with a lot of psychiatric therapy. They also will not do the surgery until you've lived so many years dressing like whatever sex you wish to be. Then hormone therapy starts, and violia..you grow breasts..if you're changing to a girl, or a deeper voice and more body hair if you're taking boy hormones.

It's a very tramatic change for you and whomever else is in your life. If you've loads of support, count yourself very lucky. Most people who do gender changes are not always accepted, or seen as freaks depending on the area you live in.

If surgery does come up, make sure you get someone who's board certified. Also, find a list of references. Talk to former patients. Make sure the person doing this isn't a quack.

The short answer is yes. The long answer: Sounds like you might be transsexual. You really need to talk about this with a therapist/psychologist. If you are under age 18, you are going to have to have parental permission to do anything. There are ways to hold off puberty and avoid the effects of masculinization, though again, you will need parental permission and the supervision of a medical practitioner. Then, depending on how things work out, your therapist can get you on hormones, you have to live for at least one year as a girl, and then you're eligible for surgery.

A word of caution though, this is a hard road to walk (being trans), so make sure you really really want this. Whatever you ultimately decide to do, I hope you find peace in who you are.

There are medications that will prevent the effects of male hormones. Then there are estrogens to cause the feminine effects. Since you have an internet connection, find a therapist in your area that specializes in "gender dysphoria." As a young transsexual woman, I know could go on for a long time on this.
*Edit*
Be cautious. Unfortunately the world isn't entirely safe for us transpeople. Therapists still try to "cure" us of our "sickness." Classmates still beat us. Parents still kick up out of the home. Find someone that is trans that can give you advice on how to navigate what can be a tough road. Good luck and be safe!

1) Talk to your parents. Unless they suck. Help them understand.

2) See a psychologist. Either tell your parents why, or tell them you're a little depressed. Go for at least three months.

3) Get on hormones. This is going to require numbers 1 and 2 if you're under 18.

If you're serious, you should probably check out some resources. Try typing "transgender" or "transsexual" in a google search.

www.tsroadmap.com might be a good place to start.

yes and no... emotionally and somewhat physically a boy can develope like a girl. there is a condition called Gynecomastia in which during peuberty a male will develope enlarged breasts, an imbalance in hormones can cause a more femenine voice and a small penis, however the boy would still have a penis so would still be male... even though he would have breasts and sound like a girl.

This is something that has to be discussed with a doctor, and possibly a psychiatrist. A doctor will put you on horomones, which gives the appearance that your a female (higher voice, no facial hair etc.) but in order to have a woman's body, it requires extensive surgery. And most doctors won't perform such things unless you've spoken to a psychiatrist first.

Not "develop" in particular, but there are ways you can alter how you appear such as surgery, hormonal intakes, etcetera. You're gonna have to wait until you're older, though.
